Senior Change Management Consultant

Argano•United States,

About The Position

Argano's Business Consulting practice partners with organizations to design, optimize, and transform how work gets done, connecting strategy to execution by addressing the people side of change. The Senior Change Management Consultant owns the change management workstream on complex client engagements and leads strategies, plans, and interventions that drive adoption and help people move successfully through change. This is a senior practitioner role involving direct work with executives and senior leaders, including coaching them to fulfill their sponsorship responsibilities. The consultant designs and executes stakeholder engagement plans, impact assessments, communications strategies, and training frameworks, and contributes subject-matter expertise to Argano's OCM community of practice and methodologies. Engagements may include ERP and enterprise technology implementations, operating model redesigns, organizational restructuring, process transformation programs, and post-merger integration across different industries and client environments. The consultant may work across one or more concurrent engagements and travel up to 50% to client sites, depending on project phase and requirements, with travel typically higher during assessment, design workshops, and go-live support. The role also contributes to practice development, colleague mentorship, business development, proposals, and thought leadership. Argano describes itself as a digital consultancy focused on high-performance operations, helping enterprises navigate changing markets through strategies and technologies intended to improve customer outcomes, commercial innovation, efficiency, and growth.
