About The Position

This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays. About the Role In this role, you will support and execute partnership strategies with top Kohl's National Brand partners. You will help support strong, collaborative relationships with select brands, analyze and provide recommendations to drive marketing initiatives, and co-create compelling seasonal marketing campaigns and innovative “big ideas”.

Requirements

  • 2+ years Marketing Strategy or related experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to perform the accountabilities listed in the “What You’ll Do” Section
  • Ability to maintain prompt and regular attendance as set by the company
  • Ability to work at least 8 hours per day, occasionally longer when necessary to meet business needs, 5 days per week
  • Ability to comply with dress code requirements
  • Ability to learn and comply with all company policies, procedures, standards and guidelines
  • Ability to give direction and receive, understand and proactively respond to direction from leadership and other company personnel
  • Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively and appropriately with others
  • Ability to maintain composure and work in a fast paced environment while accomplishing multiple tasks within established timeframes
  • Ability to satisfactorily complete company training programs
  • Perform work in accordance with the Physical/Cognitive Requirements section

Responsibilities

  • Maintain day-to-day communication and coordination with Tier 1 national brand partners
  • Manage brand partner unique processes and campaign executions
  • Provide national brand partners with resources on navigating Kohl’s marketing organization in alignment with internal marketing operations partners
  • Collaborate with internal partners to bring “big idea” campaigns and seasonal initiatives to life
  • Identify opportunities for Tier 1 partnerships to integrate into Kohl’s enterprise marketing stories
  • Coordinate campaigns throughout marketing with internal creative, channel planning and media teams to bring partnership to life across channels
  • Work closely with Merchandising, Store Experience, Digital, and Kohl’s Media Network (KMN) teams to execute integrated campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales
  • Review marketing materials to ensure that strategy is held through to execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional insights teams to track and analyze brand and campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to inform future initiatives
  • Drive competitive intelligence and consolidate relevant insights from product trend tools and external sources
  • Prepare customer insights and marketing content to support top-to-top meetings
