Senior Business Systems Analyst - Digital Platforms (Adobe/AEM)
About The Position
A Senior Business Systems Analyst will help modernize and enhance enterprise digital platforms, including supporting a major Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) upgrade initiative and broader digital experience, content management, and enterprise web platform work. The role translates business needs into scalable technical solutions and partners with stakeholders to improve enterprise digital experiences. The position supports CMS platforms, web applications, APIs, integrations, and digital experience technologies. It works with product owners, developers, architects, business stakeholders, and leadership through requirements definition, Agile planning, testing, releases, and post-production activities. The analyst may also evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-enabled digital experiences and automation opportunities. This is a permanent, fully onsite position based in East Los Angeles, California. The stated pay range is $85,000–$140,000 per year. Relocation assistance can be discussed. Requirements
- At least 5 years of Business Systems Analyst experience.
- Experience supporting content management systems (CMS), digital platforms, enterprise web applications, or customer-facing websites.
- Strong requirements-gathering and process-analysis experience.
- Experience documenting complex business and technical requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, APIs, and cloud-based environments.
- Experience supporting system integrations.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.

Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and stakeholder discovery sessions across business and technical teams.
- Analyze and optimize business processes, workflows, and digital platform capabilities.
- Support a major Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform modernization effort.
- Translate business objectives into functional, technical, integration, and data requirements.
- Create business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, process maps, workflow diagrams, acceptance criteria, and integration documentation.
- Partner with product owners, developers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise solutions.
- Support CMS platforms, web applications, APIs, integrations, and digital experience technologies.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and roadmap planning.
- Support testing, implementations, releases, and post-production activities.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-enabled digital experiences and automation opportunities.
