About The Position

Assurity is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead analysis across several business areas and the department’s largest or most complex initiatives. The role owns outcomes, priorities, intake, backlogs, stakeholder relationships, and the team’s analysis practice. It produces and maintains implementable, AI-ready specifications and directs AI agents on substantial analysis work and working proofs of concept, while verifying results with users and establishing standards and safeguards for responsible AI use. The analyst leads testing and user acceptance for complex and cross-system solutions, guides delivery through development, test, staging, and production, and establishes verification practices. The position also mentors analysts and engineers, supports production systems and participates in an on-call rotation, communicates project status and priorities, and measures delivery value and adoption. The role emphasizes rapid, iterative development with users, ownership through production use, and maintaining clear records of requirements, decisions, tests, and agent context. This is a remote position with occasional on-site attendance. Travel arrangements and collaboration hours are communicated for the specific opening. The role may exceed 40 hours per week and includes a rotating on-call schedule after training, including nights and weekends, as well as occasional scheduled evening or weekend work for deployments, cutovers, data migrations, and go-lives. Applicants in the listed states are not currently being considered.
