Senior Business Systems Analyst

Pacvue is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst focused on Financial Systems. This role involves automating and integrating financial systems and processes to optimize efficiency for the Finance and Accounting teams. The analyst will contribute to a forward-thinking Business Systems group that aims to provide technology solutions for Pacvue's future growth. Responsibilities include conducting analysis, designing and implementing enterprise-wide systems, analyzing financial workflows for process improvements, administering financial systems, and collaborating with stakeholders and vendors.

• Conduct analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing, and implementation of Enterprise-wide systems across functional areas
• Analyze financial workflows for process improvements to optimize velocity and accuracy
• Administer company financial systems and liaise with consultants, IT, and systems vendors on the implementation and maintenance of those systems
• Analyze current systems configurations and workflows to proactively identify improvements and process automations that will optimize the department's velocity and accuracy
• Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders on existing financial systems infrastructures
• Partner with AP staff on the execution of vendor workflows
• Build financial reporting processes and templates in partnership with the financial team
• Responsible for architecting and maintaining third-party integrations to ERP
• Act as the primary relationship manager with consultants and systems vendors for company financial systems

• Experience in conducting analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing, and implementation of Enterprise wide systems across functional areas
• Strong understanding of financial workflows and ability to identify process improvements for optimizing velocity and accuracy
• Proficiency in administering company financial systems and liaising with consultants, IT, and systems vendors for implementation and maintenance
• Ability to analyze current systems configurations and workflows to identify improvements and process automations
• Knowledge of financial systems infrastructures and ability to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Experience in executing vendor workflows and building financial reporting processes and templates
• Familiarity with architecting and maintaining third-party integrations to ERP
• Strong relationship management skills with consultants and systems vendors for company financial systems
