As a Senior Business Recruiter, you’ll lead business-critical searches across CLEAR, with a focus on senior and highly specialized talent. You’ll partner closely with leaders to shape talent strategies, build high-caliber pipelines, and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes while raising the bar for recruiting across the organization.

Requirements

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a track record of hiring senior or highly specialized talent in competitive markets
Building trusted partnerships with senior leaders and influencing talent decisions through market expertise, sound judgment, and data
Developing proactive talent strategies through sourcing, talent mapping, pipeline development, and long-term candidate relationship management
Leading complex searches and interview processes from strategy through close, including sophisticated compensation and offer negotiations
Using recruiting analytics and ATS insights to improve hiring outcomes, while mentoring recruiters and raising recruiting capabilities across the Talent Acquisition team

Responsibilities

Full-cycle recruiting for senior, specialized, and business-critical roles, developing tailored search strategies to attract and close exceptional talent
Serve as a trusted talent advisor to leaders, translating business needs into clear talent strategies and using market intelligence, data, and insights to influence hiring decisions
Build long-term talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and relationship building, strengthening CLEAR’s access to high-caliber talent for current and future needs
Design and drive thoughtful interview and selection strategies for complex searches, proactively identifying risks and creating efficient, high-quality experiences for candidates and hiring teams
Partner with Compensation and People leadership on competitive offers and complex negotiations, while leading initiatives that strengthen recruiting processes, interviewer capability, employer brand, and Talent Acquisition effectiveness
