About The Position

The Senior Business Operations Manager, Product Value Realization owns collaboration and value creation between HealthEdge’s product organization and delivery organization. The role advances high-priority, delivery-originated requests through the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC), ensuring enhancement opportunities are clearly framed, prioritized, delivered, and assessed for realized value after release. It compares estimated and actual outcomes to improve future assessments and prioritization, and strengthens accountability for credible business cases. The position owns PDLC governance and initiative execution, including request review, initiative planning, cross-functional delivery, deployment readiness, and executive-ready reporting. It defines and tracks input and output metrics that connect financial and operational outcomes to BPaaS metrics, validates the value delivered by new functionality, and leads course correction and continuous improvement when initiatives miss expected impact. The role also pressure-tests assumptions and problem definitions, assesses opportunity costs and value potential, structures options for executive stakeholders, and tracks requestors’ estimate accuracy. It works with senior leaders and functional teams across product and delivery to resolve decisions, manage risks and interdependencies, and drive outcomes in a complex, changing environment. The position is remote in the US and may require travel depending on company needs.
