The Business Operations team sits within Finance and partners across Chainalysis to strengthen how the company plans, makes decisions, and executes. Combining analytical rigor with practical operating judgment, the team helps leaders translate company priorities into clear plans, effective operating rhythms, and measurable outcomes. It also builds processes and ways of working that enable teams to scale and adapt. The Senior Business Operations Analyst will serve as a strategic operator and connective tissue across leadership and functions. The role partners with leaders across Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams to improve business planning, decision-making, and execution. It supports high-priority cross-functional initiatives end to end, from framing ambiguous problems and developing analyses and recommendations to aligning stakeholders, setting milestones and governance, and driving follow-through. The position helps run planning and business review cadences, build KPI reporting and insights, improve processes and systems, and support change initiatives such as pricing and packaging, go-to-market readiness, product launches, and organizational or operating-model changes. The analyst identifies friction in cross-functional workflows and designs scalable processes, tools, and operating mechanisms; prepares data-informed recommendations and executive-ready materials; and manages multiple workstreams while facilitating stakeholder alignment. The role offers broad exposure across Chainalysis and the opportunity to help shape how the company operates through its next stage of growth. Chainalysis expects employees to actively develop AI fluency, experiment with provided tools and workflows, take ownership of AI-generated output and its quality, and collaborate on ways to reinvent how work gets done.
