About The Position

As the Senior Operations Business Analyst, you will serve as the functional owner of the Epicor ERP environment. You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and shop floor teams to configure, test, and deploy Epicor modules that support production management, inventory control, supply chain, and shop floor workflows. Your role will involve translating day-to-day operational needs into effective ERP configurations, automated workflows, and reporting tools to provide accurate and reliable data. You will work closely with Operations, IT, and shop floor leadership to provide day-to-day functional support, perform root-cause analysis on system issues, and handle user requests. Additionally, you will build and maintain Business Activity Queries (BAQs), dashboards, and custom reports, lead user training, create standard operating procedures, and support new software upgrades and implementations as the Epicor environment evolves. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for an individual who wants to be the trusted Epicor expert connecting operations to the systems that run the factory floor in a fast-paced advanced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• 5 to 8+ years of hands-on functional experience with Epicor ERP Kinetic, SAP ECC or SAP S/4 HANA.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, distribution, MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), with functional knowledge of materials management and production planning.
• Familiarity with Business Activity Queries (BAQs), Business Process Management (BPM) tools, and basic SQL.
• Strong client-facing communication, requirement-gathering abilities, and project management skills.

Responsibilities
