About The Position

Treace is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence tools, dashboards, reports, and data warehouse architecture that support business stakeholders and organizational objectives. The role ensures data accuracy, prepares data for analysis, and delivers actionable insights to measure business strategy performance and support data-driven decision-making. The analyst works with cross-functional teams and senior leaders and supports the rollout, training, and adoption of BI tools and resources while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. This is a hybrid role; candidates must be local to Ponte Vedra, Florida.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Systems, Information Technology, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar role.
Experience designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools.
Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts, data governance, data quality, and data preparation for analysis.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable reporting solutions.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in leveraging AI, automation, and emerging analytics capabilities to improve BI processes and outcomes.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated industry.
Experience with BI and data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar tools.
Working knowledge of SQL, data modeling, ETL processes, and relational databases.
Experience with AI-assisted analytics, automated reporting, intelligent alerts, or natural language querying tools.
Experience supporting dashboard adoption, user training, and change management.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and build customized BI tools, dashboards, reports, and resources for business stakeholders under the direction of the BI Manager.
Develop and maintain automated dashboards based on identified key performance indicators across multiple business functions.
Design, support, and maintain data warehouse architecture in partnership with IT resources.
Implement systems, processes, and protocols to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and readiness for analysis and consumption.
Partner with the BI Manager to align the data warehouse environment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
Develop an understanding of business strategy and how data infrastructure can provide insights into business performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including executive leadership, marketing, finance, supply chain, and internal audit, to deliver relevant and accurate information for business decisions.
Support rollout, training, and adoption of newly developed tools, dashboards, reports, and BI resources.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in applicable BI and data-related processes.
Identify and implement opportunities to incorporate AI and automation into BI workflows, including AI-assisted analytics, natural language querying, and intelligent alerting.
