About The Position

The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst partners with business users to understand objectives, key measures, and success criteria, then translates requirements into analytical briefs for BI Developers and Analytics Engineers. The role collaborates across teams to ensure data models and structures support reporting needs, and refines requests to focus on valuable, relevant, clear insights. The analyst designs intuitive dashboards and visualizations, applying data storytelling, user experience, accessibility, and consistent BI design standards. The role prototypes and iterates with business users, conducts ad-hoc analysis, and turns findings into actionable insights, narratives, and recommendations to support business reviews and decisions. The position also maintains the Business Insights Catalogue, promotes data literacy and effective BI use, provides demonstrations and user support, and gathers feedback to improve reports and adoption. Depending on location, the role may also execute and maintain applicable quality and environmental management standards, including ISO 9000, 9001, and 14001. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or a related discipline.
2–4 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a related reporting role.
Strong proficiency in Power BI, particularly in visual design, data exploration, and interactivity.
Experience engaging with stakeholders to define and deliver reporting and insight solutions.

Nice To Haves

Understanding of business processes such as operations and supply chain.
Experience defining KPIs and designing reporting that supports strategic decision-making.
Familiarity with data concepts such as relationships, hierarchies, and data quality.
Working knowledge of DAX and data modelling to collaborate effectively with developers.

Experience promoting BI adoption and user engagement.
