We are looking to expand our team in Poland with a Senior Business Development Manager to complement our existing sales team and drive further market growth!

Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven success in digital advertising and or digital sales, with a track record of closing deals and hitting targets.
  • A deep understanding of the digital media landscape and how to navigate it.
  • A strong, established network of contacts within advertising agencies and major brands.
  • A passion for understanding client needs and crafting solutions that deliver exceptional value.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in the local language and a strong command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth: Actively seek new business opportunities and generate demand with top-tier agencies and direct clients across the region.
  • Own the Numbers: Be fully responsible for achieving and exceeding revenue and profitability targets.
  • Close Deals: Manage the sales cycle from lead to close, onboarding new clients and ensuring their success.
  • Cultivate Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with strategic partners in Poland to ensure Eskimi has the best market representation.
