About The Position

CRD Careers is partnering with a rapidly growing global technology and digital transformation organization seeking a true enterprise sales hunter with deep experience selling into the manufacturing sector. This is not an account management role. This is for someone who knows how to open doors, build C-level relationships, navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, and close multi-million-dollar consulting and IT services deals. If you thrive on landing net-new logos, building strategic relationships, and driving large-scale revenue growth, this could be the move.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise software or IT services sales experience
  • 5+ years in a true hunter/new business development role
  • Strong manufacturing industry experience
  • Proven success closing large enterprise deals
  • Experience selling consulting-led IT services solutions
  • Ability to lead executive-level conversations
  • Stable career history with strong tenure progression
  • Must currently or previously work within IT services organizations, not software product-only companies

Responsibilities

  • Drive full-cycle enterprise sales from prospecting through close
  • Target manufacturing organizations across the U.S.
  • Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, COOs, and senior decision-makers
  • Sell enterprise software, digital transformation, consulting, and IT services solutions
  • Partner with presales, solution architects, and delivery teams to craft winning strategies
  • Manage a high-value pipeline with annual revenue targets between $5M–$10M
