We're looking for a Hunter with 2-3 years of experience selling international freight forwarding services to join our team and win new business. The ideal candidate has a hunter mentality, is a self-starter, prospector, and closer. Success in this role involves winning and onboarding new accounts, building a strong pipeline through cold calling and face-to-face meetings, managing relationships with key decision-makers, and working with operations and pricing to deliver competitive proposals. The role requires a minimum of 5 in-person client visits per week, including cold calls. The work setup is a minimum of 3 days in the office and a maximum of 2 days working from home, subject to branch manager approval, unless out visiting clients. A car allowance is provided, and the candidate must own a car.
