Business Development Manager (Hunter)

About The Position

We're looking for a Hunter with 2–3 years' experience selling international freight forwarding services to join our team and win new business. You live for the chase. You're comfortable cold calling, knocking on doors, and closing deals. You know international freight inside out and you're ready to bring in business from day one.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years as a Hunter in freight forwarding / 3PL
  • Hunter mentality – self-starter, prospector, closer
  • Min 5 in-person client visits per week (including cold calls)
  • Selling Ocean Freight, Air Freight, and Customs Brokerage
  • Own car required

Responsibilities

  • Winning and onboarding new accounts
  • Building a strong pipeline through cold calling & face-to-face meetings
  • Managing relationships with key decision-makers
  • Working with operations & pricing to deliver competitive proposals
