Build and maintain strong relationships with primary care providers, specialists, healthcare systems and their teams through regular outreach, while developing and executing targeted business development strategies that support the organization’s strategic growth goals. Gather and analyze market and competitive intelligence to inform leadership decisions, address and resolve barriers for patient access to the UFH system, support the growth needs of clinical service lines, programs, and system initiatives. Coordinate and collaborate on educational outreach activities throughout the market including but not limited to CME events, in-services, conferences, health fairs, and seminars to highlight organizational capabilities and foster engagement. Contribute to referral growth, strengthen provider alignment, and ensure strategies implemented support system initiatives.
