We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager, Business Development for our Southern California market. This individual will play a key role in shaping and executing the sales strategy for the Western and Southern California regions. You will lead and develop a high-performing sales team, optimize processes, and ensure that the business consistently meets and exceeds revenue goals. This role combines team leadership, technical expertise, and business development acumen to drive project execution, enhance customer satisfaction, and foster revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a relationship builder with experience in the Audio Visual (AV) market, specifically in AV equipment, functionality, design, engineering, and integration; including but not limited to control systems, video distribution, audio distribution and reinforcement, videoconferencing, digital signage, as well as low-voltage systems such as Data/Voice Structured Cabling, Gigabit Passive Optical Networks (GPON), MUFIDS, BIDS, FIDS, Nurse Call/Emergency Phones, and security systems. The ideal candidate must be confident in leading sales efforts, which include identifying new business opportunities, bidding on RFPs, and closing profitable deals.
