The Role: The Senior Procurement Manager - EPC will serve as a key commercial and contracting leader within the EPC Procurement organization, independently managing the development, negotiation, and execution of complex EPC and construction agreements for utility scale solar, wind, and battery energy storage system projects. The successful candidate will take full ownership of contract strategy, drafting, negotiation, commercial risk management, and contract administration, working in close partnership with Legal and cross functional stakeholders across development, engineering, construction, finance, and insurance. This role requires a seasoned contracting professional with deep experience structuring and negotiating EPC agreements. The individual will be a key commercial driver throughout the contract lifecycle, ensuring Repsol secures bankable, execution ready contracts that enable the successful delivery of solar and wind assets across North America.
