About The Position

OOCL is an international container transportation and logistics company with offices in more than 100 major cities. The Senior Business Development Analyst will join the Marketing and Sales team, which is responsible for developing and maintaining the customer base. The role supports the sales organization by identifying business needs, promoting service solutions, and helping deliver a strong customer experience. This is an on-site role at the South Jordan, Utah office, Monday through Friday, with a one-hour lunch.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in a related industry or transferable knowledge or education.
Experience using analytical tools and methods in a business environment.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Office 365.
Power BI and CRM knowledge.
Experience using data to inform analysis and decision-making.
Ability to meet deadlines and multitask in a dynamic environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Professional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Use data analytics to provide the Sales team with constructive insight into business opportunities.
Provide marketing insight into customer, segment, and product value propositions as needed.
Help deliver Sales targets, refine business plans, and monitor service contract performance to ensure alignment with customer commitments and capabilities.
Assist with the design and procurement of enterprise or local system development focused on Sales support.
Support customer engagement through campaigns and other marketing initiatives using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and social media platforms.
