Senior Business Central Consultant
About The Position
LIDD is a leading supply chain management consulting firm that designs complex distribution centers and logistics systems to help companies move goods more efficiently. Our clients are manufacturers, distributors, and retailers, including many brand names in food & beverage and consumer goods. From our offices in Montreal, Toronto, Los Angeles, Atlanta, and Seoul, our staff of over 160 employees tackles challenging projects in a fun and supportive environment. As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will be part of the project team delivering on our clients’ initiatives. You will interact daily with our prospects and clients across a range of different activities such as mandates concerning pre-sales, strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a service industry (audit, consulting, engineering, etc.)
- Experience with Business Central
- Hands-on experience with EDI integrations
- Experience in the deployment/implementation of large-scale distribution applications
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting 3PL and co-manufacturing business processes

- Evaluate client requirements

- Configure and train client team

- Identify and implement improvement opportunities
- Support solutions upgrades and enhancement processes
- Assist customer in onboarding activities
