Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in IT support or ERP systems.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.
• Must have a valid passport and ability to travel up to 10% of the time as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central preferred.
• Experience with helpdesk or ticketing systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for first-level support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related applications.
• Provides helpdesk support, resolves user issues, and contributes to continuous improvement through trend analysis.
• Monitor and manage incoming helpdesk tickets related to Business Central and associated systems.
• Provide first-level support for user questions, errors, and troubleshooting.
• Document, categorize, and resolve tickets in accordance with IT policies.
• Escalate complex issues to senior consultants when required.
• Assist users with Business Central processes across Finance, Operations, and Service.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
• Support creation of knowledge base articles and documentation.
• Collaborate with IT team members and business users across departments.
• Supports users across multiple subsidiaries and departments.
