About The Position

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Product / Business Analyst to work with business stakeholders, product teams, design teams, and technology teams to define, shape, and deliver digital solutions. The role combines business analysis with product thinking, translating business strategy, user needs, and emerging technology opportunities into products and services. The successful candidate will contribute across discovery and delivery, identifying opportunities, defining solutions, and supporting implementation of client-facing, workflow, AI-enabled, and data-driven products. The position is mostly remote, with preference for candidates in NY, NJ, CT, or PA, and requires the ability to be onsite in New York City as needed. The role includes requirements elicitation and documentation, stakeholder collaboration, digital product and workflow design, and support throughout the delivery lifecycle. The analyst will contribute to Agile delivery and work across distributed teams. Relevant domain experience includes professional services, with executive search, recruitment, and consulting experience considered highly desirable. The work may involve client portals, product discovery, AI-assisted workflows, process modelling, automated workflows, dashboards, reporting, analytics, and data-driven solutions.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
Strong experience producing detailed business and functional requirements documentation.
Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
Proven experience working within Agile delivery environments.
Ability to quickly understand new business domains, technologies, and business processes.
Experience working with distributed and remote teams.
Experience working on digital client portals and client-facing platforms.
Ability to define requirements and user experiences for secure sharing of data, insights, reports, presentations, and other client deliverables.
Experience supporting product discovery activities and prioritising requirements.
Experience working collaboratively with Product Managers, Designers, and Technology teams to validate ideas and shape solutions.
Familiarity with AI-enabled products and solutions.
Experience gathering requirements for AI-assisted workflows, automation, knowledge management, productivity, or employee experience solutions.
Familiarity with low-code, no-code, or AI configuration environments.
Experience modelling business processes and workflows.
Experience working on data-centric projects.
Ability to understand high-level datasets, data structures, and data models.
Ability to work closely with data, analytics, and engineering teams.

Nice To Haves

Professional Services organization experience.
Executive Search, Recruitment, Consulting, or related professional services experience.
BPMN modelling experience, ideally using tools such as Bizagi.

Responsibilities

Lead elicitation, analysis, and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements.
Work with business stakeholders to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and translate needs into clear, actionable requirements.
Contribute to the design and evolution of digital products, workflows, dashboards, and client-facing solutions.
Partner with development teams throughout delivery to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
Support Agile delivery through backlog refinement, user story development, acceptance criteria definition, and ongoing requirements clarification.
Work effectively across remote and geographically dispersed teams.
Support product discovery activities, including problem definition, opportunity assessment, stakeholder workshops, and requirements prioritisation.
Translate business strategy and user needs into product concepts, features, and delivery roadmaps.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Technology teams to validate ideas and shape solutions before delivery.
Use experimentation, prototypes, proof of concepts, and user feedback to inform decision-making.
Balance business objectives, user needs, and technical constraints when defining solutions.
Gather requirements for AI-assisted workflows, automation, knowledge management, productivity, or employee experience solutions.
Assess business opportunities for AI and translate them into practical requirements and user outcomes.
Model business processes and workflows, and support the design and implementation of automated workflows across business functions.
Define requirements for dashboards, reporting solutions, analytics products, and user interfaces.
Work with data, analytics, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
