Senior Brand Designer (Remote, US Only)

The designer will collaborate with various teams to understand marketing goals, customer needs, and execute creative solutions across different channels. The ideal candidate should have experience in SaaS marketing design, possess a basic knowledge of brand strategy, and be proficient in design software. • Work with marketing team partners to understand marketing goals and brand strategy.
• Work with researchers or strategists to understand customer pains, needs, and wants.
• Jam with your brand design peers to concept creative ideas based on the marketing brief.
• Collaborate with marketers, PMs, product designers, and content designers to execute creative solutions across different channels such as websites, email & social media campaigns, product launches, blogs, swags, and many more!
• Work with your marketing partners to Iterate based on both qual. and quant. data.
• Maintain and evolve Apollo’s brand design system.
• Champion Apollo brand.

• 6+ years of experience designing for SaaS marketing
• Basic knowledge of brand strategy
• Self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in design software: Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect
• Voracious learner, constantly seeking to improve customer experience and drive core metrics
• Refined grasp of design fundamentals: typography, color, grids, layout
• Ability to collaborate with marketing team partners, researchers, strategists, and other designers
• Experience executing creative solutions across different channels such as websites, email & social media campaigns, product launches, blogs, swags, etc.
• Ability to iterate based on qualitative and quantitative data
• Familiarity with maintaining and evolving brand design systems
• Championing the Apollo brand
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with marketing, product management, and engineering teams.
