About The Position

Phillips Lytle is looking to expand its talent within its Banking & Financial Services Practice Group. This group represents and is on the approved counsel list for a wide range of financial institutions and prominent businesses, and works on transactions of all complexity from small business lending to syndicated transactions on a national and cross-border scale. The group seeks to hire a senior attorney with eight or more years of experience handling secured financial transactions, including drafting and negotiating transaction documents (i.e., loan agreements, intercreditor agreements and various loan and collateral documents including mortgages and security agreements). Ideal candidates will have portable business and a demonstrated ability to originate and maintain strong client relationships. Requirements

Eight or more years of experience handling secured financial transactions
Experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents (i.e., loan agreements, intercreditor agreements and various loan and collateral documents including mortgages and security agreements)
