About The Position

The Senior Banking Account Manager supports commercial banking clients through account administration, transaction processing, documentation, reporting, and issue resolution. This role partners with Relationship Managers, service teams, and internal business partners to ensure client requests are handled accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in client servicing, account administration, or transaction processing within financial services.
• Strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills with a focus on responsive client service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate systems, and work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting commercial banking, loan operations, credit administration, treasury services, or financial services client servicing.
• Familiarity with syndicated lending, collateral reporting, account documentation, or relationship-monitoring materials.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily account servicing and administration for commercial banking clients.
• Process transactions, resolve inquiries, obtain documentation, and maintain accurate client and account information.
• Develop action plans for client requests and ensure timely follow-up, execution, and communication.
• Partner with Relationship Managers, servicing teams, and internal stakeholders to support client delivery.
• Maintain required records, fees, balances, specialized procedures, and client communication documentation.
• Assess service requests and coordinate operational updates, account changes, and transaction support.
• Monitor banking operations, reports, tickets, and documentation to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Research client records, contracts, agreements, and supporting materials to answer inquiries and confirm account setup.
• Maintain working knowledge of syndicated loan transactions, loan and credit agreements, collateral reporting, and relationship-monitoring documentation.
