The Senior AV Technician installs and operates sound, lighting, and video equipment, supporting all AV needs for the casino and hotel floor, special events, entertainment, and group sales initiatives. This role involves coordinating equipment operation with client-provided materials, performing preventative maintenance, and making minor repairs. The technician is responsible for the programming, implementation, and troubleshooting of various AV components and systems, including video walls, property televisions, LUCI system, Wallboard, and Bright Sign software. They will also monitor and adjust sound levels and music programming across the property, collaborate with outside vendors and the Facilities department, and manage AV equipment inventory. Additionally, the role assists in updating AV standards and policies, works with staffing and scheduling models, and performs video and audio editing for property collateral and signage. The Senior AV Technician may also act as a videographer and photographer for property events and promotions, providing friendly and helpful customer service while adhering to all policies and performing duties safely. The position requires the ability to work quickly and accurately under deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to new technologies.
