About The Position

The Senior Audience Operations Manager is a critical operational role within DeepIntent’s Data Partnerships team. You’ll own partner workflows, documentation, deal execution support, and cross-functional coordination to keep the machine running across a high-volume, fast-moving portfolio of audience relationships. The Senior Audience Operations Manager will report to the SVP, Data Partnerships.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data or media partnerships, digital media, adtech, data analytics, or business operations.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience working with audience data, identity solutions, and advertising technology ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with data privacy and compliance considerations.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Nice To Haves

  • SQL and Health Audience experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to the Data Partnerships team with a focus on audience partners and overall relationship management
  • Partner with audience providers and DeepIntent’s product and operations teams to operationalize partnerships while documenting best practices that enable seamless delivery and ensure an optimal client experience
  • Track partnership pipeline status, deliverables, and key milestones.
  • Maintain organized documentation of contracts, data agreements, and partner materials.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, agendas, and follow-ups.
  • Assist in onboarding new partners, ensuring smooth operational setup.
  • Assist technical teams in setting up and troubleshooting integrations, when applicable
  • Support RFP responses and partner proposals with research and materials.
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare recurring reporting.
  • Help manage billing and contract compliance tracking.
  • Compile and analyze audience performance data across partners.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports.
  • Ensure data accuracy across systems and reporting outputs.
  • Serve as a liaison between Data Partnerships, Sales, Operations, Product, Legal, and Finance for partners post contracting .
  • Help ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, and technical integrations.
  • Support internal communication of partnership updates and wins.
