We are looking for a meticulous, eager-to-learn Audience Operations Analyst to join our marketing systems team! As our dedicated audience ops specialist, you will be the hands-on-keyboard authority responsible for crafting, maintaining, and implementing marketing audience segments across Etsy's internal systems, third-party ad platforms, and Data Cleanrooms. You will partner closely with marketing analysts to ensure campaigns are fueled by accurate, timely, and compliant data. This is a great opportunity to become a domain expert in marketing technology operations and digital audience execution. This is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Performance Media. This role requires your presence in Etsy’s Brooklyn Office once or twice per week depending on your proximity to the office. The Brand Marketing team helps buyers discover what makes Etsy special, fueling Etsy’s growth via audience-centric storytelling and media placements, bringing the right message to the right audience, at the right moment. We collaborate closely and partner with teams such as Analytics, Product, and Engineering in order to automate and optimize global offsite experiences and programs at scale.
