About The Position

Capital One’s Community Impact and Investment team is undertaking a multiyear transformation to align business strategy with social impact. This role sits within the Associate Activation team, which fosters a culture of service by meeting associates where they are. The position focuses on maximizing the impact of associate support channels and technology capabilities. The Senior Associate will optimize processes and experiences on the Volunteer Impact Portal, represent the team’s vision to product and technology partners, manage engagement networks, and expand giving programs.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in project management, program management, or process management.
• Enjoy creating clear documentation and building tools that empower others.
• Ability to collaborate and co-deliver solutions across cross-functional product, technology, and business teams in a matrixed organization.
• Focus on associate experience and ensuring smooth engagement outcomes.
• Creative problem-solving and a bias toward action.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• 2+ years of experience in project management, program management, or process management.
• Experience working with enterprise-wide technology platforms or digital enablement tools.

Responsibilities

• Represent Associate Enablement with product and technology teams, ensuring business requirements and associate user experience needs are integrated into the Volunteer Impact Portal development roadmap.
• Grow and evolve the enterprise-wide Community Champions program and manage associate support channels.
• Help scope, design, and determine the feasibility of an associate donations program.
• Build feedback mechanisms across support channels to identify platform pain points and continuously improve enablement tools.
