About The Position

The Senior Associate, Performance Analytics supports digital media and brand marketing clients, with a particular focus on organic social performance analysis. The role turns data from social platforms, media systems, and client reporting environments into insights and recommendations, and builds reliable reporting workflows that reduce manual effort. It works across analytics, media, strategy, and client teams to develop dashboards, evaluate campaign and content performance, and communicate implications for future decisions. The position analyzes organic social performance across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and X; assesses reach, engagement, audience growth, content effectiveness, and outcomes against client objectives; and develops benchmarks, comparisons, and reporting that distinguish meaningful results from platform metrics alone. It combines data from native social platforms, social management tools, paid media platforms, and other sources to identify trends and recommend improvements to content, creative, audience, and channel strategy. The role creates BI dashboards and reports, builds and maintains automated reporting workflows using data connectors such as Supermetrics, and uses Claude and ChatGPT appropriately to support reporting, analysis, and drafting. It works with structured marketing data in Snowflake, supports data preparation, and collaborates with technical partners to resolve reporting issues. The Senior Associate monitors data quality, investigates discrepancies, documents metric definitions and reporting logic, translates client goals into measurement frameworks and KPIs, presents findings to stakeholders, and manages recurring deliverables and ad hoc requests across clients and internal teams. It also supports analytics implementations and data operations, including ETL/ELT processes, tracking requirements, UTM parameters, tag management, quality assurance, and technical documentation. The role is based near an office in Austin, New York City, or Los Angeles, and is hybrid. The stated pay range is $70,000–$85,000; the actual range may differ based on location and required skillset.
