Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 2-4 years of experience planning and buying paid media campaigns.
  • Experience planning and buying across online and offline media channels.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, Resolute team leads, Finance, and outside vendors.
  • Ability to demonstrate small group presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and understanding of KPIs and attribution.
  • Experience working with Google Campaign Manager or other relevant 3rd Party Ad Servers.
  • Experience executing self-serve programmatic campaigns with DSP platforms.
  • Experience working with media management tools (e.g. Mediaocean).
  • Experience executing campaigns directly within social media Ads Managers, including Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Nice To Haves

  • Google Analytics Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Executing day-to-day digital and traditional media planning/buying and client service activities for assigned accounts, with an emphasis on digital media management.
  • Acting as a problem solver and professional in all communications, both internally and with clients.
  • Bringing good interpersonal communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and solution-oriented thinking to deliver strategic support to client work.
  • Reviewing media briefs and initiating the planning process.
  • Creating RFPs and developing consideration lists of appropriate publishers or vendors.
  • Reviewing partner proposals and compiling the most compelling ones.
  • Supporting the development of holistic media plan recommendations that meet client objectives.
  • Supporting the development of internal or external presentation materials and adapting them based on feedback.
  • Supporting financial management by managing campaign pacing and assisting with monthly billing processes.
  • Working with the Creative team on ad development to ensure creative meets specifications and supports media strategy.
  • Working directly in Google Campaign Manager and/or other ad serving and reporting platforms, training junior members as needed.
  • Working directly in social platforms to execute, manage, and optimize campaigns.
  • Executing self-serve programmatic campaigns through partner DSPs when applicable.
  • Assisting with campaign reporting activities based on client cadence.
  • Compiling and analyzing relevant metrics on an ongoing basis to optimize media plans, media schedules, and analyze media alternatives for optimizations and recommendations.
  • Managing campaign execution from start to finish in partnership with the account lead.
  • Supporting the needs of the direct manager and supporting media team members.
  • Assisting the account lead in maintaining and growing successful relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Predominantly leading select client relationships with assistance from a Manager.
  • Participating in internal and external client meetings and presentations.
  • Working closely with vendors to develop productive working relationships that drive results for clients.
  • Staying ahead of the latest innovations and media marketplace trends, sharing expertise in a collaborative and consultative manner.
