About The Position

ILIA is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Paid Media Associate with a strong analytical mindset and a creative eye for performance ads. This role will partner closely with internal teams and external agency partners to ensure seamless campaign execution, strong cross-functional alignment, and continuous performance improvement across channels. You will play a critical role in bringing strategy to life, owning executional workflows, supporting testing initiatives, and ensuring campaigns, creative, and landing experiences are delivered with precision and speed. This is a hybrid position open to candidates based in Los Angeles or Orange County, CA.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or digital marketing, preferably within an ecommerce or consumer brand.
  • Experience working with or alongside media agencies, with an understanding of campaign execution and performance management.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working with data and performance metrics; experience with platforms such as GA4, Shopify, and media reporting tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on executional excellence and accuracy.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across creative, analytics, and marketing teams.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow within performance marketing

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with paid media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) and affiliate marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day execution of paid media campaigns in partnership with external agency across paid social, search, CTV, affiliate, and emerging platforms.
  • Own campaign QA processes, ensuring accuracy across targeting, tracking, creative, and landing page alignment prior to launch.
  • Act as a key point of contact for agency coordination, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and performance expectations are clearly communicated and met.
  • Monitor campaign pacing and spend-to-plan, flagging risks and coordinating adjustments with agency and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with creative, brand, and digital teams to ensure all assets are delivered on time and aligned with campaign strategy and channel requirements.
  • Own the trafficking and organization of creative assets across campaigns, ensuring proper versioning, naming conventions, and usage.
  • Support ad and landing page briefing processes, translating performance insights and campaign needs into clear, actionable briefs.
  • Ensure alignment between media strategy, creative execution, and landing page experience across all campaigns.
  • Support the development and execution of the creative testing roadmap, including coordinating new concepts, iterations, and asset refreshes.
  • Partner with internal teams and agency to operationalize A/B tests across audiences, messaging, formats, and landing pages.
  • Track creative performance and synthesize insights to inform future briefs and broader creative strategy.
  • Support the execution of the landing page testing roadmap across key paid traffic drivers.
  • Contribute to broader growth testing initiatives by helping operationalize experiments and track results.
  • Support day-to-day operations of the affiliate program, including partner onboarding, campaign setup, and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate with partners and internal teams to execute campaigns, promotions, and activations.
  • Monitor affiliate performance and surface insights to inform optimization opportunities.
  • Own regular performance reporting across channels, highlighting key trends, insights, and areas of opportunity.
  • Partner with analytics and agency teams to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and data integrity across platforms.
  • Proactively identify and troubleshoot tracking or data discrepancies across media and site performance.
  • Support development of dashboards and reporting frameworks to improve visibility into performance.
