About The Position

Airwallex is hiring a Senior Associate to build and run the experimentation engine behind its global growth, determining what to test, how to test it, and how to evaluate results. The role owns end-to-end execution of growth experiments and campaigns, translating strategic hypotheses into operational workflows, coordinating launches and rollouts, and synthesizing learnings to guide future iterations.

The position manages the experimentation backlog, campaign calendar, measurement approach, tracking taxonomy, dashboards, quality assurance processes, and reporting across Commercial, Growth, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Data, and Legal. It identifies tooling and process gaps and turns repeatable work into scalable systems, such as checklists, QA scripts, readout templates, and registry libraries. AI may be used with clear guardrails and human review before customer-facing work goes live. The role also partners with FP&A on forecasting and budget tracking, balancing speed with experimental rigor, data quality, and effective cross-functional execution.

The role is based in Airwallex’s San Francisco office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Growth at Airwallex is building a unified, AI-native growth system across product, sales, and marketing, using customer context, machine learning, automation, and continuous learning to improve acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and expansion. The work spans high-traffic platforms, experimentation frameworks, intelligent decision systems, and AI-supported and agentic workflows, with attention to the precision, trust, and regulatory complexity of global B2B finance.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in growth, operations, product management, or strategy roles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort working with data and metrics.
• Experience designing or coordinating experiments, with familiarity with A/B testing methodology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize and present insights clearly.
• Ability to execute in ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Nice To Haves

• Understanding of holdouts, statistical power, and significance.
• Fluency in SQL and/or analytics tools such as Hex or Looker.
• Ability to build and QA campaigns across lifecycle, martech, and CDP tooling.
• Experience using automation and AI to scale repeatable work with appropriate guardrails.
• Experience partnering with Engineering and Data teams to deploy experiments at scale.
• Ability to prioritize high-impact opportunities, decline lower-priority ideas when needed, and defend decisions with evidence.
• Ability to work across Commercial, Product, Marketing, Data, and Legal.
• Experience in SaaS, fintech, or another high-growth technology company, and comfort with agile and product development methodologies.
• Experience with growth operations, A/B testing, project management, campaign management, roadmap planning, SQL or Python, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination.
