Senior Brand Manager, Campaigns & Strategy

Strava•New York, NY
•$150,000 - $160,000•Hybrid

About The Position

Strava’s Brand & Social team leads brand marketing strategy, including campaign strategy, creative production, social, and partnerships. The Senior Brand Marketing Manager owns flagship brand campaigns end-to-end, from brief through execution and measurement, across paid media, organic social, influencer marketing, and partnerships. The role works closely with Product Marketing, which leads go-to-market launches, and with Athlete & Community Partnerships (ACP) to apply brand strategy to athlete, creator, and community programs and amplify ACP-sourced content. The position directs external social and creative partners rather than managing social channels day to day, contributes to the brand platform build as it approaches launch, and assumes ownership of selected major campaigns currently held by the Director of Brand & Social. It also applies performance and brand health data to planning and investment decisions and reports campaign performance and brand impact to marketing leadership. The role follows a flexible hybrid model, with more than half of working time on-site at Strava’s New York City office, three days per week.

Requirements

  • Substantial experience in brand or integrated marketing, with ownership of campaign strategy from brief through execution at a flagship or portfolio level.

  • Strong analytical instincts and comfort using performance and brand health data to make and defend investment decisions.
  • Creative judgment and comfort directing external agency, creator, and production partners.
  • Excellent written communication and ability to write briefs that give creative, media, and partnership teams clear direction.
