About The Position

This is an outstanding opportunity for an accomplished litigator to work with an established book of long-standing clients on complex, high-exposure litigation. You'll represent national and international insurers, marine and energy companies, and other sophisticated commercial clients while working alongside attorneys known for their trial experience, strategic counsel, and commitment to exceptional client service.

Requirements

Louisiana Bar admission and be in good standing (required)
8+ years of litigation experience
Excellent advocacy, legal writing, and case management skills
Proven ability to manage complex litigation independently while working collaboratively with clients and colleagues
Experience handling contractual risk allocation, indemnity, and additional insured disputes involving oil and gas companies, marine interests, or their insurers
A background in insurance coverage, energy, or admiralty and maritime litigation

Responsibilities

Represent national and international insurers, marine and energy companies, and other sophisticated commercial clients.
Handle complex, high-exposure litigation with significant responsibility.
Work directly with national and international insurers, marine and energy companies, and other established commercial clients.
Work alongside attorneys recognized for their experience in complex litigation.
