About The Position

We are seeking an experienced attorney for an Insurance Defense Litigation Non-Equity Partner role in Concord, NH. This is a significant succession opportunity where the incoming partner will join an established insurance defense litigation practice, featuring a planned transition of a retiring partner's practice over the next several years while continuing to build their own client relationships.

Requirements

• Established background in insurance defense litigation.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage litigation files, strong business-development and practice-building capabilities, and a commitment to long-term practice succession and leadership.
• Active admission and good standing appropriate to practice law in New Hampshire.

• Portable book of business of $100,000+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage litigation matters and client relationships within an established insurance defense practice.
• Participate in a planned multi-year practice succession plan, taking over responsibilities from retiring partners.
• Drive practice-building and business development to expand the firm's client base alongside transition workloads.

Benefits

• 1,600 minimum billable hours in year one, 1,700 annually thereafter.
• Upon meeting the billable hour threshold, attorneys receive a 10% bonus on origination + 10% bonus on receipts.
