About The Position

The Senior Analyst, Talent Acquisition supports high visibility, high growth areas of the business by delivering full lifecycle recruiting with a strong emphasis on proactive sourcing and pipeline development. This role partners closely with senior business leaders, hiring managers, and People Partners to execute disciplined, data informed recruiting strategies while maintaining exceptional organization, communication, and system rigor. This individual operates as a trusted recruiting partner—owning search execution, providing clear progress updates, and ensuring a consistent, high quality candidate experience across complex and fast-moving hiring needs. What you'll do... Full Lifecycle Recruiting & Sourcing Excellence Own the end‑to‑end recruiting lifecycle for professional and corporate roles, from intake through offer acceptance. Lead proactive sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels) to build and maintain diverse, high‑quality candidate pipelines for priority and hard‑to‑fill roles. Screen and assess candidates against role requirements, competencies, and business needs, advancing qualified talent efficiently through the process. Stakeholder Partnership & Communication Serve as a stakeholder‑facing recruiting partner, effectively interfacing with senior business leaders and hiring managers. Facilitate intake conversations to clarify role scope, priorities, and success profiles. Provide clear, timely, and structured updates to stakeholders on pipeline health, risks, and progress. Operational Discipline & System Rigor Maintain exceptional organization across multiple concurrent searches, tracking candidate activity, interviews, feedback, and next steps. Demonstrate disciplined and accurate use of Workday and other HR systems, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and audit readiness. Partner with recruiting leadership and People Partners to ensure alignment with hiring policies, interview practices, and governance standards. Candidate Experience & Process Excellence Deliver a professional, responsive, and inclusive candidate experience from first outreach through close. Support interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer workflows in partnership with recruiters, coordinators, and HR partners. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying process gaps, sourcing insights, and market trends. Advanced sourcing capability, including market mapping and passive candidate engagement. Data‑driven mindset with the ability to track progress, identify trends, and inform recruiting strategy. Requirements

  • Experience supporting full lifecycle recruiting, with a demonstrated strength in sourcing and pipeline development.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while remaining highly organized and detail‑oriented.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior business stakeholders.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and HR tools (e.g., Workday) with a high level of accuracy and discipline.
  • Comfort operating in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment with evolving priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related area OR 2 years’ experience in human resources, talent acquisition or related area.
