The Senior Pricing Analyst independently executes and supports the firm’s pricing strategy, partnering with lawyers, the Client Development and Engagement team, and Finance teams to design, implement, and track client fee agreements. The role combines financial analysis, matter budgeting, and direct partner support, and owns and helps maintain pricing processes, tools, and databases. It also supports the capture and upkeep of pricing data and insights so they can be used effectively across the firm. This is a collaborative, hands-on role for a commercially minded professional who balances analytical rigor with communication, process management, and follow-through. The role supports pricing proposals and client engagements, monitors matter budgets and fee performance, maintains pricing data and tools, and helps improve workflows and firm-wide pricing practices. The position uses generative AI tools, including Claude and Harvey, to analyze matter data, research precedents and engagement terms, draft pricing content, and build repeatable workflows. The analyst evaluates AI outputs for accuracy and suitability, documents quality checks and limitations, follows confidentiality and firm AI policies, and pilots approved use cases while training partners and colleagues. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field, and 4–6 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or related professional-services roles; law firm experience is preferred. The estimated base salary range for New York applicants is $120,000 to $145,000. The role is non-exempt and eligible for overtime. The firm will not sponsor work visas for this position.
