About The Position

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations management with strong project planning and execution skills.
• Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop data-driven solutions.
• Expertise in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder communications effectively.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing operational best practices and performance tracking mechanisms.
• Strong business analysis capabilities with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
• Excellent communication skills to convey project status, timelines, and resource allocation clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and drive results aligned with organizational goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and organizing project plans, timelines, and deliverables to support operational initiatives.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to analyze, plan, and implement project objectives and recommend process improvements.
• Develop and manage project requests, resource allocation, and communicate status updates to key stakeholders.
• Identify root causes of operational challenges and propose data-driven solutions to enhance business functions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and improve operational tools, reports, and customer-facing functionalities.
• Implement scalable best practices and track performance through scorecards and reporting mechanisms.
• Provide expert guidance on operational strategies and support continuous improvement efforts.
