About The Position

This role assists in designing project plans, organizing project timelines and deliverables, and facilitating meetings involving stakeholder teams to analyze, plan, and implement project initiatives. The Senior Analyst will recommend appropriate operational processes, develop and manage project requests and timelines by establishing project requirements, and communicate project status details, timelines, and available resources. They will also plan and execute resource allocation, finalize, approve, and deliver projects, and take corrective action as necessary to drive project results. Additionally, this role involves communicating project plans and deliverables to key stakeholders, identifying root causes, developing potential solutions for initiatives, and making recommendations based on data and observation. The Senior Analyst will develop and improve existing operational tools, reports, and customer-facing functionality by providing direction and input on project business and functional requirements, providing subject matter expertise, developing requirements, and providing solutions for complex problems that span multiple business functions and/or time frames with new or existing tools. They will also partner cross-functionally with product management, merchandising, engineering, and other groups to drive projects. This role aids in the implementation of operations strategies by providing guidance on proposed projects, developing and implementing scorecards and other tracking mechanisms, responding to requests for recurring and ad hoc reports, compiling and analyzing data, and reviewing solution outcomes. The Senior Analyst will implement operational best practices that can be scaled as the business grows and develops by creating mechanisms and tools to roll out these best practices. They will demonstrate up-to-date expertise and apply it to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices, supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs, and building commitment for perspectives and rationales. This role provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, identifying business needs, determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices, monitoring progress and results, recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities, and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities. The Senior Analyst will model compliance with company policies and procedures and support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans, using the Open Door Policy, and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field OR 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
