About The Position

Responsible for managing and executing end to end feature planning processes, including strategizing, designing, developing, and implementing feature space strategies that align with commercial plans and space allocation. This role owns end-to-end feature and promotional planning in close partnership with Merchants, leveraging data, analytics, and performance insights to optimize feature allocation, drive business priorities, and enhance customer experience. The role bridges strategy to execution—translating commercial objectives into actionable feature plans, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar cross functional lead analytical roles
  • Excellent project management experience
  • Exceptionally communication skills – interpreting and storytelling data into business insights
  • Experienced with AI application is a must
  • Age - 16 or older

Responsibilities

  • Own the full lifecycle of feature and commercial planning (strategy → build → execution → post-analysis)
  • Develop event-specific feature allocation plans that aligned to commercial priorities and activities
  • Ensure all feature plans reflect category strategies, corporate merchandising guidelines, and space allocation principles
  • Partner with merchants to align on category/item selection, prioritization, and feature placement decisions
  • Leverage historical performance and customer insights to drive informative feature planning decisions
  • Identify risks and opportunities across events and categories and provide actionable recommendations
  • Support business prioritization through analytics-driven storytelling and insights
  • Continuously improve planning effectiveness through post-event analysis and learnings
  • Utilization of AI tools to drive efficiency and data depth in everyday feature planning and analysis
  • Act as a key partner to our Merchants and cross functional teams to influence how commercial events comes to life physically in our stores for our customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Marketing, Supply Chain, Store Operations, Space Planning) to ensure seamless execution
  • Communicate feature plans and changes clearly to stakeholders to drive alignment and execution excellence
  • Manage Monthly SBU lead feature meetings, sharing postmortem insights and identify opportunities in future looking plans
  • Collaborative work with Store Operations and Replenishment to ensure feature plans are cascaded for execution excellence
  • Own change management processes for feature plans, ensuring quick and precise updates
  • Maintain high standards for data quality, governance, and compliance with corporate processes
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, including adoption of new FSS tool and new ways of working
