Requirements

Strong omni-channel customer and category mindset
Advanced data analysis and financial acumen
Ability to translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
Strategic thinking with demonstrated influence across cross-functional partners
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field and 2 years’ experience in retail, merchandising, forecasting, or related area.
OR 4 years’ experience in retail, merchandising, forecasting, or related area.

Responsibilities

Lead category and item financial forecasting using data, analytics, and trend insights
Influence feature, promotion, and pricing strategies based on historical performance
Evaluate modular changes and communicate financial impact to leadership
Assess business health and deliver data-driven recommendations impacting the P&L
Develop category budgets and financial targets
Own monthly, seasonal, and event-based financial reporting
