About The Position

CVS Health’s HR Technology team is seeking a Senior Analyst to help shape and support technology products that power the HR experience. The products include areas such as analytics platforms with AI capabilities, AI orchestration, data integration hubs, observability, and Voice AI. The role translates high-level capability needs into clear requirements, maintains product documentation, and helps deliver reliable releases. It partners closely with developers and scrum teams and serves as a key contact for platform customers. The analyst also researches the market, proposes ideas, and works with technology product owners on quarterly and annual product planning. This role is suited to someone who can work across multiple products, communicate with audiences of varying sizes, and build relationships across a large organization. The position is full-time, with 40 anticipated weekly hours. The stated pay range is $64,890 to $173,040, with the actual offer dependent on factors such as experience, education, and geography. The position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program, as well as a benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, retirement savings options, wellness programs, and other resources based on eligibility.

Requirements

At least 5 years of professional experience in the technology industry.
At least 3 years of experience working within a technology product organization.
At least 3 years of experience working with public cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform or Microsoft Azure.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
At least 2 years demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills.
At least 2 years of experience creating and delivering presentations to large audiences.
At least 2 years of experience collaborating with large, cross-functional teams.
At least 2 years demonstrating adaptability, resourcefulness, and sound judgment under pressure and in sensitive situations.
At least 2 years of experience managing multiple products and shifting priorities simultaneously.
At least 1 year of experience working with AI productivity tools such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or specialized training or a relevant professional qualification.

Nice To Haves

Exposure to AI/ML products, chatbots, or AI orchestration solutions.
Familiarity with data integration, data platforms, or analytics products.
Experience with Agile/Scrum, including backlog management and release planning.
Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis.
Experience writing playbooks, training materials, or customer-facing documentation.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements; write user stories and acceptance criteria and prioritize the Jira backlog.
Create and maintain product playbooks, help content, release notes, FAQs, and user guides in Confluence.
Coordinate release planning, testing, and readiness; communicate changes to stakeholders and customers and support post-release follow-up.
Work with developers, scrum masters, and scrum teams, participate in sprint ceremonies, and help resolve questions and blockers.
Serve as the main point of contact for platform users, gather feedback, handle questions and escalations, and translate customer input into product improvements.
Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging AI and data capabilities, and bring ideas to the team.
Help build quarterly and annual product roadmaps and plans, including priorities, dependencies, and success measures.
Create polished presentations on product capabilities, roadmaps, and results and present them to leadership and large audiences.
Build connections across teams and business areas to align efforts, share knowledge, and identify opportunities for reuse.
Support several products at once and manage shifting priorities while remaining composed and professional in high-pressure or sensitive situations.
