About The Position

As a Senior Analyst - eDiscovery, you will work closely with our partners in Legal and Global Investigations to assist with the collection and delivery of structured data, adhering to the programs standard policies, procedures, and quality assurance requirements. This individual will also be responsible for proactively identifying potential risks and working with our business and technology partners to enhance existing processes. This position will be fully onsite in Bentonville, AR.

Requirements

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in legal, eDiscovery, investigations, or related areas.
  • Substantial eDiscovery experience and understand best practices of the discovery process.
  • Advanced knowledge of the litigation case lifecycle.
  • Comfortable navigating complex enterprise platforms, databases, and cloud technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities while still achieving results.
  • Ability to identify and implement quality assurance and operational efficiencies in the context of eDiscovery processes.
  • Comfortable building relationships, leveraging internal partnerships, and working collaboratively on a cross-functional team.
  • Bias towards action and execution.
  • Process-minded and actively seek out opportunities for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable using AI.
  • Bachelor’s degree in legal studies, computer science, information systems, or related area and 1 year’s experience in eDiscovery, investigations, legal operations, or data management.
  • 3 years’ experience in eDiscovery, investigations, legal operations, digital forensics, or related area.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience guiding process documentation and establishing standard operating procedures.
  • Experience implementing automation/AI tools in discovery or investigations.
  • Experience with litigation lifecycles, records management principles, and enterprise data architecture.
  • Experience working with structured data sources (for example, enterprise systems, SQL based platforms).

Responsibilities

  • Leading and managing complex discovery and data collection efforts with increasing ownership and autonomy.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned high-risk matters, overseeing structured data collections, ensuring quality control, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel to align on legal and operational requirements.
  • Driving decision-making within their scope, identifying emerging risks and new data sources, and developing scalable processes and solutions to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Leading the implementation and adoption of AI and automation tools, supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the function.
  • Defining, tracking, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights, trend analysis, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to support informed decision-making and program optimization.
