About The Position

Amyx, Inc. is seeking an eDiscovery Analyst to support the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Office of General Counsel (OGC) eDiscovery team. The SEC's mission includes detecting violations, fostering compliance, monitoring risk, and implementing rules and laws. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring a strong customer service presence with SEC and Contractor staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, or other related field.
  • Favorable adjudicated National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) investigation.
  • 7+ years of professional experience.
  • 5+ years of eDiscovery experience.
  • Familiarity with eDiscovery collections tools (e.g., Microsoft Purview, Enterprise Vault).
  • Familiarity with eDiscovery processing tools for litigation databases.
  • Ability to conduct quality reviews of data within databases to ensure integrity and reconciliation.
  • Vast knowledge of quality control workflows and proper eDiscovery processing and preservation techniques.
  • Superior time management and multitasking skills for timely production submissions.
  • Familiarity with customer service level agreements and processing demands.
  • Strong knowledge of data triage and problem-solving skills for file processing issues (PSTs, Microsoft Office Documents, PDFs) and troubleshooting platforms.
  • Knowledge of reporting techniques for production and project reports.
  • Strong project logging skills for task detail recording, chain of custody, and processing attributes.
  • Effective communication skills (email and verbal) for client interaction and escalation of issues.

Nice To Haves

  • Current Project Management Professional Certification (PMP).
  • Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS).
  • eDiscovery Review Platform Certification (e.g., Casepoint, RCA, Recommind Axcelerate Processing, Nuix).
  • Experience with collections tools like Microsoft Purview, Enterprise Vault, Harvester, SharePoint Collector.
  • Experience with Casepoint.
  • Experience with Information Systems.
  • Prior federal services environment consulting experience.

Responsibilities

  • Processing inbound document productions and applying quality control measures within program-defined service level agreements.
  • Planning and implementing eDiscovery solutions using SEC standard operating procedures.
  • Leading, coordinating, and supporting team members to ensure processing projects are completed within Service Level Agreement guidelines.
  • Presenting project completion reports to government stakeholders and supervisors.
  • Communicating accurate information effectively.
