About The Position

The Channel and Ecosystems team accelerates Asana’s growth and market reach through partnerships and a thriving partner network. It works with Channel Partners, Technology Partners, and Strategic Alliances to support customers across geographies, collaborating with internal teams to align partner efforts with company objectives and provide enablement, program support, and resources. The Senior Analyst, Channel Strategy & Operations is a core builder and strategic thought partner for Asana’s expanding partner business. Reporting to the Head of Channel Strategy & Operations, the role builds the data foundation for trusted partner performance measurement, improves operational processes, and leads strategic initiatives that drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue. It offers early ownership and exposure to Channel, Sales, and Revenue Strategy leaders, with expectations to work independently and turn analysis into recommendations and decisions. The role is based in Asana’s Chicago office on an office-centric hybrid schedule. Standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most employees may work from home on Wednesdays; Friday work-from-home arrangements depend on the work and partner teams. Asana’s compensation package includes a base salary range of $137,000–$175,000. The actual salary depends on factors including market and individual qualifications. Compensation may also include equity, sales incentive pay for most sales roles, and benefits. Benefits may vary by role, country, and local regulations.
