About The Position

This role focuses on sustaining and growing the business through developing and maintaining internal and external business relationships. The Senior Analyst will understand mutual value propositions, risks, and benefits, and support engagement with stakeholders to mitigate risks, resolve issues, and realize business objectives. The position involves managing the overall sales strategy to ensure highest valuation by managing sales and accounts, negotiating and purchasing needs not met by the internal supply chain, managing outside purchases to meet specifications and procurement guidelines, ensuring partners deliver on contractual terms, and overseeing the exception approval process. The role also optimizes profit and loss by developing and communicating plans, analyzing costs, making financial and business decisions, setting and communicating goals, ensuring stakeholder alignment, monitoring financial information, collaborating with management to reduce expenses, and reconciling expenditures against the operating plan. Additionally, the Senior Analyst supports financial business operations and new business perspectives by organizing and tracking accounts receivable financials and schedules, calibrating business needs, identifying cost-cutting options, and providing leadership in operational planning, decision-making, implementation, and execution of business goals. The role requires demonstrating up-to-date expertise and applying it to action plans, providing expert advice, supporting the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships, identifying business needs, determining and carrying out necessary processes, monitoring progress, and adapting to changes. The Senior Analyst will also model compliance with company policies and procedures, support the company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity, and foster a culture of belonging and respect.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in business development, market development, product development, or related area.
