About The Position

Cellebrite is seeking a Senior AI Product Designer to shape mission-critical, complex enterprise experiences across the investigative lifecycle. The designer will lead work from discovery and problem definition through prototyping, validation, and delivery, partnering closely with Product and Engineering. The role connects workflows, information architecture, AI capabilities, and the Design System to create intuitive, trustworthy end-to-end experiences.

The designer will lead user and customer discovery, design AI-native experiences that balance automation with user control and transparency, and use realistic interactive prototypes to test and refine solutions. They will apply AI tools and agents throughout the design process, collaborate with cross-functional teams through implementation, evolve reusable Design System components and patterns, and contribute to design quality through reviews, feedback, and mentorship.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Design or UX.
• A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end thinking and shipped work.
• Strong UX, interaction, visual design, and prototyping skills.
• Proficiency in Figma and attention to detail.
• Systems thinking, creative problem-solving, and ability to turn ambiguity into clear, usable workflows.
• Experience applying user research and qualitative and quantitative evidence to product decisions.
• Hands-on fluency with AI-assisted design tools and agents.
• Experience with scalable Design Systems, cross-functional collaboration, and influencing stakeholders in fast-moving teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with users and customers, translating research and feedback into clear product opportunities and decisions.
• Design AI-native experiences that simplify investigative work while balancing automation with user control, transparency, trust, and recovery.
• Create realistic, interactive prototypes; test, learn, iterate, and use evidence to guide outcomes.
• Use AI tools and agents for research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, critique, and validation; create reusable workflows and verify AI output.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and Architecture from exploration through implementation; challenge assumptions and communicate design rationale.
• Evolve the Design System through reusable components, tokens, and interaction patterns that improve consistency and speed.
• Improve craft and experience quality through design reviews, constructive feedback, and mentorship.
