About The Position

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will conceptualize and develop AI solutions from the initial prototype to production operation. This includes LLM applications, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows with tool integration. You will be responsible for the full-stack architecture and implementation, from the frontend to cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure. You will advise our clients at eye level, translating requirements into viable solutions and providing clear feedback. You will also contribute to shaping our engineering standards and sharing your knowledge within the team. Approximately one to two times a month, you will visit clients on-site for workshops, discovery meetings, or pitches, bringing your technical perspective.

Requirements

Several years of experience in modern software development at a senior level, ideally full-stack.
Practical experience with LLMs and generative AI in real projects.
Solid understanding of ML fundamentals.
Cloud experience with AWS or Azure.
Proficiency with Clean Code and SOLID principles.
Enjoy consulting: ability to explain complex technology clearly, even to non-technical audiences.
Clear and confident communication skills.
Comfortable in workshops as well as coding.
Willingness to attend one to two on-site client appointments per month.
German language skills at C1 level.
