The role combines AI strategy and implementation leadership with Agile transformation and scaled Agile delivery for complex technology programs and cross-functional teams. The position offers a hybrid work schedule. The lead will advise PMOD leadership and stakeholders across CBP on AI strategy, use cases, capabilities, risks, governance, and responsible implementation. The role also addresses cross-team dependencies and risks, uses tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps, applies flow metrics and forecasting, promotes integration with DevSecOps and CI/CD practices, and supports value-stream and organizational-change activities.

Requirements
